These are the spells (if you suggest better names or better descriptions with better grammar would be appreciated) Time Warpdescription: Slows the time slightly for <10> seconds. ( 10+3 from Stability Alteration perk + 2 from Alteration Dual cast perk = 15s)Novicemagnitude: 0.30casting time: 4s Time Shapedescription: Slows the time effectively for <10> seconds. ( 10+3 from Stability Alteration perk + 2 from Alteration Dual cast perk = 15s)Apprenticemagnitude: 0.20casting time: 4s Time Fracturedescritpion: Slows the time more effectively for <10> seconds. ( 10+3 from Stability Alteration perk + 2 from Alteration Dual cast perk = 15s)Adeptmagnitude: 0.10casting time: 4s Time Distorsiondescription: Slows the time enormously for <10> seconds. ( 10+3 from Stability Alteration perk + 2 from Alteration Dual cast perk = 15s)Expertmagnitude: 0.05casting time: 4s Time Controldescription: Slows the time enormously for <17> seconds. (17 +3 from Stability Alteration perk = 20s)Mastermagnitude: 0.05casting time: 7s In the time phase the default player speed is 60% so i made 2 new perks for the Alteration Perk Tree:-Time Master: 80%>100% movement speed while in the time phase.In the Time Phase you cannot regenerate Magicka-Health-Stamina So..
