Oblivion won't start!

Oblivion crashes on startup when I use the Oblivion.exe OR Launcher (The most it's loaded is something like B_th_sda)

And here's my settings and video card (You can see in settings) (I have also tried disabling AA)

try deleting the ini file, and restarting the game, this will copy the default ini file into documents/games/oblivion.

The game should run, make a save before you start tinkering with the new ini file.
