Gradually dropping FPS

So, I've started playing Skyrim after a long break, and built a new mod setup. It isn't too crazy AFAIK, and I haven't had a CTD yet, but as I play the game, my FPS gradually drops. I'm guessing that it's a script/CPU problem? I don't really know. Here's my mod list as per LOOT:

Do you guys have any suggestions? I'm rusty after having been gone for so long, so any help is appreciated!

I should add that I do use HDT, so that may also be a factor. I don't recall the best way to benchmark FPS during the game, so do suggest if I should use something better, but I'll check it tomorrow with Fraps.
