Modded Skyrim Crashes outside Whiterun

After first meeting the companions and leaving Whiterun to meet with Farkas during the quest 'Trouble in Skyrim'

my game crashes. I use a Lenovo Laptop with the AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics, 8.00 GB installed RAM with 6.91 GB usable.

I play on a modded version of the Legendary edition of Skyrim with the Steam version of SKSE, the mod manager I use is the Vortex Mod manager, I have both LOOT and TES5edit installed, my game is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim

you need to allocate more memory, in ENB local ini. if you use ENB. SKSE ini (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51038/) install it through mod manager, and try to adjust the DefaultHeapinitialAllocMb= until you doesnt crashing again.
