Can Scripts Return a Choice/Topic Dialogue List?

I've been looking around for a while now and haven't found a solution. Is it possible using Papyrus to get the current Choice/Topic dialogue list for the actor the player is currently talking to? Like if I were to talk to my follower the script would return an array of strings containing "Wait here.", "I need you to do something", "Why do the Nords have a problem with the college?", and "It's time for us to part ways".

 

If there aren't script functions for such things, could there be some way to view TESV.exe's memory to extract that info?
