No crafting after Touching the skycrest

First noticed when I tried to upgrade Auriel's bow before doing kindred judgement the grindstone flashed open then closed a second later. I assumed the bow was not upgradeable and carried on. upon completing Kindred i returned to whiterun and none of the crafting stations are working. There could be a link to Summon Chest but removing the Mod made no diference.
