How to use Vortex to sort the load order with the latest Version?

I should have watched the Video more carefully. I was in the Mods Category, not the plugins Category

Hello all

 

I´m getting very frustrated as all the nice Tutorials on "how to alter the load order" ending up in wondering where the mentioned option has gone.

For a very specific example, I watched Gophers Vortex Tutorial Video where he changed the load order of mods. But I can not follow his way as these options are no more available...or they have been hidden in parent options taht I can not find.
