Vampire and werewolf hideouts, Villa/mansion, and more

Hello fellow Nexus people (: I'm just starting my first mod which is related to vampire and werewolf characters and I'm thinking of doing some sorta medium-large scale things. What I plan to do, is create a couple of whole secret societies in the land of Skyrim. First off, I'm starting out small scale making a few vampire safe houses in shady secluded locations then one larger safehouse in a very well hidden location (I was thinking somewhere underwater after I read something about the Volkihar sleeping under frozen lakebeds because I thought well that would be a pretty damn cool location. and pretty well hidden.) the same will be done for werewolves but they will get more of a cave, underground, kinda place as opposed to the vampires getting say a hidden crypt or a hidden door leading to a small room. Then once I complete the small ones, I plan to make the larger main safehouse, which I may have a courier bring an invitation to with a sketchily hand drawn map, short note, and a key after you're witnessed either transforming into a werewolf, feeding as a vampire, or transforming into the vampire lord form. Once you find the main safehouse the vampire or werewolf leader (depending on which one you are) should give you a map with all the other hideouts on it drawn out more clearly and after meeting the leader of the vampire coven or werewolf clan, they will ask you to do a few quests for some of the higher ranked vampires/werewolves in the coven. I'm thinking I'll have a few different vampire and werewolf bloodlines, each with a few abilities unique to them and have most of them joinable and after doing enough quests for that particular bloodline, maybe put in something similar to in the companions when you get the beast blood from Aela, or when you get the Volkihar blood from Lord Harkon in dawnguard to grant you their unique abilities. If I cant figure that out, I may very likely just have them give you a bottle of blood that when you drink it, grants you their abilities in a similar way to a spell tome granting spells. Now after a certain point, I would also have the leader of the vamps/wolves extend an official invitation to the vamp/werewolf city. I would design the vampire city in a secluded location (not sure where I'll actually physically place the area but I intend the vampire city in a forest where some dark magic keeps the sun from ever reaching it. with a small town, and a castle/villa/mansion at its head. (similar in style to monterrigoni, as some may have seen from assassins creed but much more secluded) The werewolves would have likely a large underground city, (however I havent decided on the design for the building where the leader and such would live.) there would then be a questline, I dont plan to spoil many details besides possibly becoming the future leader and maybe improving the city, (if i can figure it out) becoming a real hybrid (not any of the simple being both at the same time crap, a legit underworld style hybrid.) and a bunch of vampire and werewolf artifacts. (a few examples may be, a "crown of fangs" for vampires made from werewolf fangs that grants special bonuses to vampires (so far the only item I've really fully thought out), a couple ring artifacts, necklace artifacts for both, and a unique blade that will be best wielded by a vampire, and one for a werewolf. I want to have a sort of 3 way war kind of quest for it. allowing people to make another character to do a sort of hunter style against both vampires and werewolves but I'll definitly be focusing on the creatures of the night first (;

TL;DR: adding a bunch of hideouts for vamps/wolves, adding unique vamp/wolf artifacts, possibly control a city, a few questlines, unique powers may be added.

I would love anyone who reads this to give some feedback, maybe a few suggestions. What parts of it sound good, what parts sound like they need to be better thought out first, what could I add to make it more interesting, what should I use for the werewolves main building like thing (you know what I mean)

(also note I'm not changing anything with the actual vampire or werewolf gameplay, for that kind of thing I recommend Tales of lycanthropy for werewolves, and Belua Sanguinare Revisited for vampires :D )

holy balls that was more typing than I've done in the last couple months.... xD

well i think this would make for a great mod and i would like to talk more about it also i would like to try to help make the hybrid model but you would have to find someone to rig it.

If i may, i would like to make suggestions..

just make a dense foggy forest.. in each hold make a mansion like - fort.. which would serve as the coven for the most dominant coven of each hold. you could also base them via other vampire clans not situated in skyrim like from morrowind vampires and make up things like they migrated to skyrim because of the utter chaos that it would be much more safer for these creatures to hunt. while doing so.. could you add some sort of vampire follower thingy.. where in vampires are able to sense dead bodies or any human wandering nearby then they could feed upon them.. it would be like you training young vampires how to hunt.

It would be great if you could help with it. although, I haven't had the time to work on this for the last couple months honestly. I've been in school and in my free time playing Dragon's Dogma. I've only gotten around to making about 85% of the first vampire safehouse which I plan to place an entrance to under the Sea of Ghosts, and I've successfully created one of the higher ranking vampire lord NPCs. I will however keep you in mind for when I get around to the hybrid (if that will happen). although feel free to message me if you have any suggestions. Honestly I've barely scratched the surface of modding so this will likely take quite awhile before I can release an alpha version even.

I do like the idea of different major covens governing the vampires of each hold. It would also be interesting I think for some of the foreign vampires (for example the ones from Morrowind you mentioned) being a little more on the edges of Skyrim's vampire's territories. I also love the idea of the vampire followers. Perhaps once the player is brought to one of the first safehouses I could introduce them to a vampire companion that starts off as a fledgling but grows in strength while you do. I may try a similar idea with werewolves as well. maybe even having a different companion that joins you depending on which major safehouse you enter, all with unique personalities. Also, what is your opinion on if I were to try to implement something very similar to the Masquerade system in Vampire: the Masquerade, Bloodlines. In case you aren't familiar with it, basically whenever you're witnessed using vampire powers or feeding on someone you will get a masquerade violation. In Bloodlines, 5 strikes marks game over, but for Skyrim it may be more appropriate for say, a bounty with the vampire covens and warriors similar to the Death Dealers from the Underworld series hunting you down until you manage to redeem yourself.
