Skyrim Crashing after Bethesda Logo

I have this problem for the last couple weeks and I can't seem to find a solution **I do not have DawnGuard**

 

I have tried these fix's:

-Testing mods one by one to see if they cause crash

-Used BOSS to tried to find conflicting files

-Tried the Audio Fix

-Verify Integrity of Cache

-Have also reinstalled the game once in hopes of finding a solution

 

Mods installed:

-Alternate Start

-Better Females by Bella

-Better Vampires by Brehanin

-Calientes CBBE

Castanistic and Highelf idle

-Deadly Spell Impacts

-Feminine Running and new Dash Animation

-Lovely Hairstyles

-Lunari Race

-Monster Wars V5

-Remodeled CBBE

-Sharpshooters ENB

-Temptress Race

-Warzones

-Master of Time and Space

-SkyUI

-Quest: And the Realms of Daedra

-Shenks Thievery Overhaul

-Crimson Tide-Blood

-Towns and Villages Enhanced (Riverrun,Riften,Villages,Solitude, and Whiterun)

-Whiterun Exterior Enhanced

-Magic Duel

-Midas Magic

-Bandolier

-Private Eyes Heavy Armory

 

System Specs:

GTX 560 Ti

Windows Vista (64 bit)

8 gigs of ram

1 terrabite of memory

4 core processor 3 gighertz

 

Would really like to hear some proposed solutions

Have you tried disabling all mods, to see if it's a mod problem? As I read it you turned them off one by one you're better off disabling them all if you haven't done so.

As you only have a few and are if you are using NMM I'd say uninstall them and re-install as there could be a dodgy script file planted by one.

 

I've had problems with Quest & Midas Magic myself in the newer updates, nothing against their work, but I would have immense bugs and crashes with them enabled.

Will probably make testing mods right after I download them for crashing a must now.
