Rest and Meditate on what you have learned.

All I am looking for is a mod that, when you level up, you get a message that says " You should rest and meditate on what you have learned", (Morrowind Style). You can only do so by going and resting, either where you are via bedroll or wait-like option, or in a bed. It would also bring up the messages that it did in morrowind, from your characters point of view, on how things are coming along.

Ex: When you hit level 2, you would get a message like this: "You realize that all your life you have been coasting along as if you were in a dream. Suddenly, facing the trials of the last few days, you have come alive". To me, this kind of mechanic just seems to make you really appreciate and feel the progression you make, and puts it into context for your characters point of view. I know some of them wouldn't really make sense from the Dovahkiin's point of view, but adjustments could be made. Also, I like this option better than the instant level up because it kind of touches on the idea that you only really take in all of your recent experiences after a rest, like the nice relaxing bit after a long journey. This is also a good idea because A: you actually use bedrolls/beds. And B: That way, I can't level up in the middle of a fight and suddenly whoop up on the last 2 guys that had me on the run. It just seems less immersive to me, and it makes some fights suddenly too easy. Now that I think about it, I miss all of the little things from Morrowind.... is Skywind done yet?! :P

Level up messages can be found here : http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Leveling#Messages

In cases where it says cyrodil, replace it with skyrim
