Although we do have to wait on Spiderpig's stuff since he's making new models (and I'm going to do some textures for him, if I can get off my lazy butt). Just unzip both files (esp and bsa) into your data folder and check it off in your launcher.It only contains the warhammer stuff and sunglasses.
