Help with ENB

Hoping that somebody can give me some help, ideas, or insight into the use of ENB. Have tried numerous versions and setups with various ENB profiles and keep getting the same results. Visually there are no problems, but the problems I am having is it is taking roughly 10 minutes to load up when I change from one area to another or just start the game with ENB active. Also game play is very sluggish when the ENB is active. Never tried using it before skyrim so not sure if it's just the nature of the beast, but really see no point in it when it hinders gameplay so much. The biggest problem that really bugs me is the load time between areas. Even if i'm just going from inside a building to outside, load times are terrible. Would really like to be able to play with the visual enhancements of ENB, but not gonna sacrifice that amount of time just to use it. With my current configuration and Mods, I have absolutely zero problems with the game, No CTD's and everything works smoothly, just when I try to install ENB is there a problem.
