trebor_armbreaker
so is anyone interested in undertaking this project?
Sharkull
Nope, truth is absolute. Wether you're sure or not if you're considering something that isn't true true - then and just then you're lying to yourself. Or just ignorant of the facts. Same difference though - truth indeed is the only absolute.OK, let me put it another way: perception of truth is relative to perspective. Since humans are limited to a subjectively experienced existence the facts of reality are filtered through our (imperfect) senses. Our rational thinking minds provide an additional tool in the pursuit of truth... but we can never know (with 100% accuracy) if we are correct in our beliefs. The SoT is a tool that helps teach that lesson: humans are vulnerable to false beliefs. Beliefs (including perception of truth) are relative to perspective. Enough of phylosophy though, I personaly think that I would indeed enjoy a sword that would have higher damage against "evil" individuals like most monsters, bandits, necromants etc.Agreed. I think a sword that is incapable of "friendly fire" would fit the lore perfectly. Basically you can't attack anything that is not hostile towards you.
