Fate Stay Night - Saber's Noble Phantasm: Excalibur Issues

I hope anyone can help me with this.

 

I recently downloaded Saber's Noble Phantasm: Excalibur mod. If you don't know that, then here's the link:

I liked it very much, and yes it's working, but the mod is made by a Korean, so the translation from Korean to English isn't good. I'm irritated by the following facts:

 

NOTE: The power is under the "Powers" section

 

- The grammar is wrong and the following notice appears (upper left corner of the screen during gameplay) when these events happen:

a.) when you're out of magicka

-> "Needs more magicka".

 

b.) when power is on cooldown

-> "ExCalibur is during recharging"

 

c.) when power is ready

-> "ExCalibur charge OK"

 

d.) when you use the power while weapon is SHEATHED

-> "Please equip your hands".

 

I tried finding the proper file in the Creation Kit to edit these, but I just can't locate it. Can anyone show me how to do it?

Also, I plan to increase the cooldown to 300s and when used, drains the whole magicka bar regardless of what's the max magicka of a character. Any ideas on how to do that also?

well i downloaded the mod recently and i'm currently having the problem of it killing me upon fireing it might be conflicting with another mod because it was working fine at first but then today when i tried to finish off miraak with it it killed me, tested it repeatedly afterwards still kills me upon use
