RealStarPlayer
Hi, My laptop is pretty much crap, but I can play Skyrim on 800x600, which is fine, but I would really like to play it in widescreen. If I make Skyrim play in widescreen, the resolution is higher which makes my game lag more. So, I was wondering if there's a way to make Skyrim run in 800x450 or 1067x600. Thanks. sinnerman69
Use the SkyrimLauncher to launch the game and then click options and a window below should come up, see pictures this is the basic window you'll see or the first window that pops uphttp://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm172/sretsgiarc/option.jpg when you click the advance button in that window you'll get this belowhttp://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm172/sretsgiarc/option2.jpg
RealStarPlayer
Okay? That doesn't help at all. All my textures and details are low. I'm running the lowest possible settings already.
sinnerman69
When the game is running go to the games menu and then settings and make additional changes there http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm172/sretsgiarc/settings-1.jpg
RealStarPlayer
Hey, genius- I've already done that. My problem is not making Skyrim run better, my problem is getting skyrim to run in widescreen WITH LOW RESOLUTION.
sinnerman69
I don't think it's possible without a third party application or booster program for low end PC's
