new kind of cape

ok, i have 3 characters, i pretty much have a moving wall, master heavy armor, master blunt, master blunt. Viking. Point being, moving wall. Now, he wears the shull/chaos armor from TDA's armory, and he still needs to fix the clipping, ANYWAY, the 2nd character is a female assassin, dark elf, hot, tight skimpy armor, robbing nobles, plays with shadows and 3rd guy, my ninja, a breton (illusion magick+magicka buffs), black armor, knives everywhere, practically lives in the shadows.

Now, there are 3 similarities between these 3 characters:

1-they have more infamy then fame

2-they are either evil, scorned upon by 'law', or use the shadows.

3-they all need a cape.

Dont point me to other cape mods, because i'm looking for someone to make a cape mod that gives you a variety of 'war' or 'evil' capes in different degree and i dont mean, cheesy pattern, cheesy tattoo, or 10000gold 'war' cape that looks just like a black one, i mean, for example:

Evil 1- couple of rips, not mani, a couple of spikes at the top, shredded at the bottom.

Evil 2- a couple of rips more then Evil 1, heads half way through the spikes, nd longer rips at the bottom.

Evil 3- 2 more spikes, no more rips, maybe a couple of blood stains, longer cape, longer rips.

This is all just theory, i'm leaving the creativity to the modders, but something like that. That would be much obliged.

 

And also, would it be possible to make a mod that makes capes move as you move, like a flow, wave sorta pattern as you run forward, and a realistic motion as you jump, or when your standing still it flaps behind or infront of you.

If you wont make it, can you tell me how to make it? i'm at like level 0.5 so it would probably be easier to just make it...

i cant actually 'find pics' so what i'll do, is i'll draw them, but the idea is for you to be creative and just use them as guidelines, but i'll draw just a concept for those who are a little picky...
