Vortex will no longer work becasue i changed drives

I have been using vortex for a while but changed to MO2 for mods so i deleted Vortex. Since then i have changed drives on my computer but now whenever I download Vortex it keeps trying to use the old path for everything and now it wont let me download new mods or delete mods. It keeps trying to remeber mods that are not there anymore. Whenever i launch Vortex i get an error message that says " the operating system has reported an error without details when accessing "J:/steamapps/common/Fallout4/Vortex/Downloads/witcher3" this is usually due to the users environment and not a but in vortex" the reason why the operating system is giving an error is because drive J no longer exists anymore! No matter what i have tried vortex continues to try to use this old drive and I have no idea what to do now. Yes is have uninstalled and reinstalled and no it does not work. Whenever i go to settings and go to the download folder it shows the old path but when i try to change it it keeps giving me the same error resulting in vortex not changing download paths.

 

 

Edit: I found out the problem. Vortex had of course created an folder in my user appdata folder and all i had to do was delete it and that fixed everything. So long story short vortex even though uninstalled still keep its original file in my appdata/roaming folder in USERS.
