thumbincubation
This is an easy one to familiarize yourself with creation kit. These two links will get you going, the first being about how to get/install/use creation kit, and the second focusing on the weapon forms themselves.Using these, find the dragon priest dagger and open its weapon form, then just type in the damage you want it to do. The example here makes an insta-kill vorpal sword with 10k damage, but that may cause the game to lose its challenge. I'd suggest looking at a couple of other weapons and determining your damage based on how far above/below those you want it to be. https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Category:Getting_Started https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Customizing_Weapons_%26_Armor Here's a bit about the other weapons, to save you from having to open/view them in creation kit. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Weapons And here's the dragon priest dagger info. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Dragon_Priest_Dagger Notably, it cannot be tempered in the vanilla game. You may want to locate an existing temper, which uses a material you want the Dragon Priest dagger to emulate. It should be named TemperWeapon...(name of weapon). Right-click on one of those, duplicate. Then double click the duplicate, change the name to something unique, like TemperWeaponDragonPriestDagger and use the drop down box to point it at the dragon priest dagger. The name of the dragon priest dagger, in that drop down box, will be the same as it is in the weapon form you used to change the damage. If you start to type in it, it should auto-fill, or at least get you close. Now you've changed your damage and created a temper, so you can improve your dagger. The other thing you want to do is go back to the dagger's weapon form and give it a material keyword. For instance, if you wanted to make it do the same damage as a steel dagger, you would type in the same base damage number as the steel dagger, then in the keywords box, add WeaponMaterialSteel keyword, so the game knows to make the dagger respond to the steel smithing perk. Then use a TemperWeaponSteelDagger as your base to duplicate and create your temper.

thumbincubation
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/25456 Try this. I went with Daedric to keep it in line with the existing Dragon Priest masks, so it can be upgraded with an ebony ingot, and you get the max upgrade when you have the Daedric perk. Damage and crit are identical to the Daedric daggers, but I left the weight and other stats alone.
