Long load times and random CTD after fast travel.

As it says on the tin. The load times are pretty long and, randomly, the game will CTD with no error message after I fast travel. Not sure why.

Update: Well. I've downgraded the graphical settings to High (except Godrays which remains at Low, wish I could turn it *off*) , and unchecked Motion Blur. I also uninstalled the HD texture pack in case it was conflicting with TOP (Texture Optimization Project) . It remains randomly unstable though there was a *slight* improvement on load times. Ugg. Random is the word really. I was doing Nuka World. I just finished up the Fun House, went to exit and CTD. I reload, thankfully had a save just prior. I exit the Fun House, see several map markers. So I go to pull up the Pip Boy to look at the map and CTD *again*. After that reload I've played through the rest of Nuka World with no crashes. Like WTH? >.<
