Mod Ideas Part 1/4

I am a newbie to the forum so I thought that I would just get right into it. Ive been play oblivion on console and just recently got it on my pc. Got FCOM and all the new-hardtolevel-purdy goodness. I also downloaded a few new guild. For example the Lost Spires mod. I give the creators of this mod HUUUGE props. It was one of the most professional completly done mod I have seen so far. ( Quest mod that is. ) I know that I dont know how to make mods myself but I have storyline Ideas. I also take the time to actually write out the dialog and what would happen in the story line. I have a few ideas and I will list them.

 

 

( Expansion On the MAGES guild )

 

Ever finished the mages guild and though "Im a powerfull mage what can I do now?" Well I have come up with an idea that would take powerfull warlocks ( Enemy of the mages guild kind of like necromancers but not only dealing with death. Its more or less a mix of the DAWN and the Necros. ) If the powers that be in the realm of oblivion can make their own gates using the sigil stones. Whos to say that some of the most powerfull wizards in cyridil cant? Of course I have a story line and everything in mind for this. Right now im just trying to see what people think about it.

 

 

( Expansion On the Arena )

 

I know so far none of my ideas are compeletly origonal and I apologize for that, but have you ever gone to the impirial city and said... "Im tired of fighting mino lords:" Well for the expansion of the arena I thought that a country wide arena could be created. Instead of pitting the play agains NPC humanoids throw in some beasties or beast trainers. Whos to say that an argonian from the black marsh cant control a land dureagh? ( I know my spelling is horrible, youll have to bare with me for just a moment.

 

 

( Merc. Guild AKA Player for Hire )

 

Now we all know the dark brotherhood is a guild of assassins, they do the work that no one wants to talk about. Well with this idea the play joins a group of ( For hire types ) and you work your way up to become a high ranking member of the guild ( Name in progress ) Like with all others I do have a story with it. If you guys want I will go into detail. As I said above im just seeing what people think.

 

 

 

 

Thats all for right now, ideas 3/15. Be nice to me and let me know what you guys think. I appriciate it. Like I said before im a storyline kind of guy. I cant actually create the guilds and the mods, I dont have any expirence in the construction process.

There are several mods that do this (or similar). Try using the site search feature.

Yes I know that but alot of the guilds that are on are still in BETA I want a guild or to be part of the creation process up to the standards of the lost Spires. That was a very well done guild. Voice Over and ALOT of work went into it. As for the mages guild idea, my idea is alot different in the sence that the play would have to complete the mages guild to even start the wizards guild or the occult guild.( Whatever its named when it is named. )
