Request - Explaination about adding items to vendors

Hi all,

 

However i've spended some hours on Google looking for a tutorial or such, i couldnt find anything which could help me how to add an item to a vendor.

I've got some magic mods, which id like to add the spell tomes to a particular merchant, but also delete some spell books from the merchants ( just to delete them from the game ). I saw that additem. is an option, but this cmd is not permanent as far as i noticed.

 

I would like to add/delete items to vendors with SSedit ( if possible ), or an external mod which makes things easier would be perfect for sure! Although, i couldnt find any mod which will suit my needs.

Im really noob with this, please forgive me for that :)

 

Someone who can explain how this works?
