Skyrim freezes shortly after walking through doors ( have seen other forums)

good morning,

 

Here i have skyrim special edition, my problem with it is shortly after walking through doors or transitioning through a loading screen the game freezes. it does not CTD, it simply freezes, and the music continues to play. after that the game will 100% freeze after that point no matter what i do to stop it.

 

I have tried many things to remedy this, starting new games, unplugging mods gradually to find the problem, both. i have tried cleaning my master files, playing with even less mods, I have tried turning off certain "services" such as keyboard touch a suggestion given to me by another forum that seemed to work for him but not me, as well as unplugging devices from my PC, speakers, headphones, controllers etc.

 

...the sad part is i do not have many mods on the game to begin with:
