LE Za Warudo (The World)

Essentially in the Touhou games and in the Jojo Bizarre Adventure's manga in which Sakuya's ability is in clear homage of; the character has the ability to freeze time for a short duration and then spam knives at the target.

 

What I propose is that the spell or rather the power has two parts.

 

1. Time Stop as power; duration say 5s per level. (Or 5s at first level plus 2s per level after that)

2. Then either a spell that a) creates a large number of knifes spaced semi randomly in front of you in the direction your pointing and have them home in on the enemy.

 

 

or b) a different spell that takes every weapon in your inventory and shoots them like arrows at the enemy (but are recoverable, maybe include the arrows?).

 

Googling shows one dude with a Gate of Babylon like thing, and there's varying time stops, but I don't see any easy way in which to throw large amounts of daggers (recoverable or otherwise) at people's faces.

 

Thoughts? I'm having a lot of difficulty figuring out the creation kit and I could try doing it myself with some points.

Can I get a simplified version?

Change the Slow Time shout to yell "The World" and just make it stop time.

Also make the Time Stop use the same visual effect that the Psijic's have when they stop time.
