Shadowcran- I feel your pain. I'm in California up in the foothills. Its an internet pit. Not enough customers for them to run any cable internet up here and too many hills for wireless reception. The tiger is easiest to get, the quest is short and starts from a book found on Midas' shelf, "On Lycanthropy".
