Maybe I can find them spread out across Skyrim or maybe someone is selling them on the black market. Since this is Boethia we are talking about. Maybe I can find this follower in a jail cell. I can help them escape or pay his/her bounty. They are ever grateful to you. Little do they know that you plan to betray them and sacrifice them to Boethia. That's a bit ambitious.
