mod manager - mod activation problems

i was using some mods with the mods manager and everything worked great.. until i installed some mroe that were obviously incompatible with my previous ones as the game crashed on load

so i uninstalled the new (conflicting mods) but now i have the following problem: every time i start the game, no mods at all load (or even dawnguard.esm), the list in the manager goes totally blank except for skyrim.esm and update.esm

is there any way to fix that.. or could i have broken them for good..

 

(the mods i was having trouble with were the wearable lanterns and the lanterns of skyrim; i must admit i didn't really read that the former would have problems with script dragon.. also they could have conflicted with the WMG atmospheric ENB)
