CK... Advice for making a statue from NPC bodies

I'm building a player home and I want to include a room that pays homage to fallen NPC's that I've encountered through the game... For example, I'd like a statue of Kodlak swining Wuuthrad, the Archmage casting a spell, or even one of Lydia carrying my burdens etc etc. Similar to a mannequin but obviously not in wood not stood in one boring pose.

 

I hope you get the idea. An NPC body, in action, in stone. Is this possible, because I havent got blumming clue!!
