Frequent CTD and mesh glitches

Hi all,

 

I see a lot of CTD treads out there, have had a look at how to use papyrus but am not sure where do go from the log. Lucky its not too big.

 

I get outdoors CTDs and frequently seem to have random missing meshes (seen as blank purple armours etc). I have early on done some installing and removing of mods and havent followed the save, reboot, save cycle.

Looks like its an issue with the RisingWatreScript, but i cant find it in the skyrim folder

Ive gotten to much bigger logs playing today and each had a few different repeated errors/warnings in them. The first one appeared in both. I cant find any of them as .psc files. Reinstall?
