LE Smelter Hammer from DS2. (In both LE, or SSE, preferably LE)

It is my favorite weapon in Dark Souls 2, besides the Gyrm Great Hammer (which is just an anvil on a stick, wrapped in chains lol.). I was looking and noticed that this weapon is not a mod. I think it would be very fun to make, as it is very big and just cool looking in my opinion. But, I don't have modding experience. I have attached several files, so just in case anybody WOULD like to make my dream a reality, you can get an idea on the weapon's looks.
