Silverrune
I have installed a variety of mods, and certain ones are not working I have one ESP I know of that is working. The Temptress race. I have installed a house mod that is not working. It would be a hassle to update the game because that was the version installed when I placed it in my wrapper on my Mac. I don't currently have access to my PC so it's hard to update. The game loads perfectly but certain ESP files are not loading any tips?
bben46
Using a wrapper implies that you are using a windows emulator and not an actual copy of Windows.Skyrim and the mods work fine with a legal version of Windows installed on the MAC and booted using Windows instead of OS X. An emulator is essentially fooling the OS X into thinking it has the proper OS to play the games. The maker of the wrapper has gotten the vanilla game to work. However, It's possible that some of the functions needed by the mods are just not yet supported by the emulator. Such as SKSE. It is also possible that the mods you want can only be run with an updated game.
