Mod Problem But Don't Know Which

I installed several mods over the last 3 days. Today I discovered that none of the upgrade objects (Enhancing table, Tanning rack, Armor table, Grinding wheel, etc.) will work. Whenever I try to use one, the option screen for that device will open but then close before I can do anything.

Anybody have any idea what mod may have caused this to start happening?

I've been playing Skyrim for several months without any major issues, but this one has me stumped....
