LE Drawn Weapon Speed Mod?

I hate how I walk slower with my weapon drawn, it wasn't like this in Oblivion or Morrowind. It's just plain annoying.

Anobody have a mod that will make the drawn weapon speeds and sheathed weapon speeds the same? I'll be grateful.
