ulfricuk Posted August 20, 2012 Share Posted August 20, 2012 People including myself installed Anti freeze for Skyrim this may fix certain things for the game but the creator of this failed to realise it also messes up other things in the game and corrupted a lot of mods and in game files. If you have installed this and want to remove it follow the below info, if not don't say i didn't warn you. Certain corrupted mods can cause the game to freeze, i went through all my mods and got rid of the corrupted mods and game works fine. HOW TO REMOVE ANTI FREEZE! Go to Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim and steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/data Remove anything with enb in it, and the d3d9.dll then move your 2 ini files and the renderer.txt file that are in mydocuments/mygames/skyrim move these to your desktop. When you start the game all will be reset to default and your video card will be found again and your game will be sorted.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
