Fluron has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload (re-upload) of a mod containing the files of a mod previously removed by the staff as as a result of a DMCA takedown request from Capcom Co., Ltd.

 

Permission from the right holders for use and redistribution has not been provided.

 

Uploader’s Credits and distribution permission:

Modification permission:

„You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it“

Asset use permission:

„You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

 

Sub licence from the right holders that allows the uploader to give permission for further modification and use of the right holders‘ assets in the file has not been provided.

 

The original authors/right holders have not been credited.
