Stupid mod broke my game -.-

I downloaded Werewolf Toggle no Scriptdragon and it completely screwed up my character but I'm fairly certain that it isn't purely to blame but made a simple glitch irreversible. Ok so I was running around in beast form waiting for it to wear off and well it wouldn't. I probably waited a good 30 minutes just standing in one spot waiting for my character to revert back to human form and nothing was happening. So I downloaded the toggle mod and when I used it my game crashed.

 

So I de-activated the mod and re-loaded. When I got back in my screen flashed the beast form spell screen flash and sound about 50 times really quick and I went back into human form. But now I don't take any damage at all. I don't even get hit. And I can't go back into beast form period. It tells me I can only use the spell once a day but I've already tried waiting a few days and it does nothing.

 

I went so far as to remove every single mod I had and completely delete the data folder and then run the repair function through steam to rebuild my game file yet it still hasn't fixed anything. I know this isn't necessarily "game breaking" but it really is ruining the game for me. As much as I love Dawnguard ever since I got it I've had issues left and right.

 

Couple random things I experimented with to try and fix my toon...

I tried changing my race

I tried toggling TCL on and off to see if it would make my toon "solid" again

I tried just restarting the game several times.

I tried killing myself but it didn't work.

I tried toggling TGM to see if it would make me vulnerable again but nothing.

I fixed it! :D. Why is it I try forever to fix something with no luck but whenever I post a help thread on it I fix it right after.... anyways if anyone else has this issue then just open console click yourself and use resurrect. For some reason it was reading me as if I were dead.. O.o
