Consistent CTD when entering Dragonsreach.

Exactly like the title says. I've been playing through a new save with Alternate Start - Live Another Life for a while with what I thought was a fully functional load order. I hadn't had any issues save 2 freezes. I decided to finally start the main quest and when I try to enter Dragonsreach, the game crashes. This is my first time entering Dragonsreach on this save. I also made a save to test this glitch out and tried to coc into Dragonsreach. Same results, consistent CTD.

I do have some merged ESPs to save on plugin space but they're mostly misc things like skin textures, immersive laundry, or small world edits like man those borders (ESPs marked with ++ are disabled probably because they're part of a merge). Nothing I think would cause these crashes. LOOT hasn't detected any mod conflicts. I haven't cleaned my plugins, would that make a difference? I'm really lost here and any help would be appreciated. I just want to get back to playing my game.
