Load Order help please.

I hope this time I have posted this in the right place. I keep getting redirected to other forums lol. Hey all I am having some troubles. My Skyrim game will not launch. I have cleaned all the files, checked for download updates, I checked for conflicts. Still a no go for launch. I am guessing I am missing something in my load order. Its a long one but if anyone can help I would be forever grateful. I am using Vortex in case that is important. Below in my Plugin load order.
