Frost River blacksmith?

What mod adds this place? I thought it was cutting room floor, however its half underground and I do not have a landscaping mod, I have have people of Skyrim though. Here is my mods.

I believe Cutting Room Floor adds that building in game, I also believe there is a patch for that...can't remember right off the top of my head.

I have looked for a patch for just that building and I have found nothing... countless times over and over again... its annoying me, I just end up disabling the whole dang place whenever I get near it. If someone can find a patch for me please link it in this forum...

I believe the update will upgrade your version 8.1.6 to the new version 8.1.8 so you don't have download the whole file again but in the version 8.1.8 you can download it and not have to start a new game, the patch might work for you with new version. If you plan on using The People of Skyrim 2 you will have to completely uninstall The People of Skyrim SSE. For me personal, I like the SSE version better. Good Luck with everything.
