gotchamomma
The whole part of recruiting companions into the blades is a much appreciated addition to the game, so I was wondering if the same type of setting could be replicated, but with more player interactivity. Things such as: Control over who spars with whom. (To give an example, one day the game glitched on me and one of my blade recruits just started attacking the other, and killed her in front of me. After reloading a previous save I saw that the second time around they had a flat out fair duel where one submitted. I found this way cool to behold, and want to stage such events if at all possible!)Companions Actually benefit from training. (they level skills and their actual level by training)You can set a training schedule, or at least the type for your companion/s.You can Stage duels, pit fights, gladiatorial events, etc, where your companions can fight to death or submission.Your companions use this town as their home and have normal behaviors within it, and even jobs. (One companion might be a blacksmith, while another may be an alchemist, etc)The Companions defend the town while you are awayAnd last but not least, the ability to spar with any of your companions in the town, or participate in any arena duels with or against them. I have a much bigger idea in mind, but wanted to read some feedback on this request. I got the idea when I brought one of my companions to a castle that I had to attack (for the empire faction), and the companion said something along the lines of "oh I had always wished for a keep just like this", and after we cleared it, I told him to stay there. A few days after that i went back and he was just standing there and killing fools who spawned near by. I thought to myself "damn that would be sweet if I could take this castle and give it to him to garrison!" What do you all think about that? :)
