Need help Finding a fix

Ok So i been playing New Vegas for a loong time(since it came out) Stopped playing it and uninstalled it. Well i just thought ill start again today and re-installed it into my comp. Now i go a few most downloaded mods And started a new game. All the Item packs loaded and all the mods seem o be fine. Well my char wakes up and he starts to make like a goul like growl, then the screen goes black like he is wakeing up again and does the growl again and this keeps going on and on even while i move around and just keep doing this thing. I dont know what mod or thing is causing this.

Get rid of Enclave Commander. It's not compatible with the game since the 1.3 update.
