Problem With Deimos Mod

For whatever reason after doing the beginning quests in the Deimos mod every time i equip a helmet i can't move or look around.

 

Sometimes it gives a weird first person head shaking animation what should i do?

No idea. The circumstances and symptoms are too vague. Did you try searching the mod's forum thread for any other reports?

 

You might try the following:

Issue - Somehow without changing anything my character is glitched oddly

• Cause: Unknown.

• Workaround: Something that's always worth trying is blowing yourself up or otherwise get killed: i.e. throw a grenade against a wall so it bounces back and kills you. Then let the game reload. Sometimes that can clear oddities. However, it doesn't address any underlying cause, so it's only useful as a temporary solution. Try to see if you can reproduce a reliable set of circumstances to re-create the problem.

Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as if you are using a "regional language version" of the game; using the FNV4GB Patch, NVSE and it's related plugins; replacements for textures (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), animations, or "bodies", etc.; and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX. It saves us playing "20 questions" and gets you a more specific answer more quickly. (The usual turn-around on post and reply in an older game forum is 24 hours.)

* See "How to markup images (etc) in forum posts and comments" article for how to use "Spoiler tags". LOOT already includes those tags in the "load order" it copies to your clipboard, so you can just paste it's list into your post.

Thank you and sorry for not replying i didn't see a notification so i didn't know anyone did anything.

Also i can't kill myself because i cannot even open the pip-boy when the glitch happens.

Aha. That is even more serious but more easily identifiable as to cause. If you can get the "console" (default is the "<~>" key) to open, try the command "Enable Player Controls" (without the quotes). That should give you control back at least on a temporary basis, but will not prevent the underlying problem.
