Otherwise, check the various log files located in the game root folder (where the "FalloutNV.exe" file is located). All those entries in the log about "MASTERFILE: Missing/Invalid base object (hex number) for reference (27hex)" are telling you it can't find a required "master file" with that "base object" in the load order which is expected by the mod at "mod index" 27(hex).
