None of my mods are working at all?

D: I've installed a bunch of mods, mostly houses, but none of them seem to be having any effect on my game.

I doubled checked the mod manager and the launcher. Is there anything else that could be causing this?

After the NMM installed them, did you choose highlight the mod and then click the button in the left pane to "ACTIVTE" the mod? Of course its under the Mods tab , not the Plug-ins tab :) :biggrin:

How can you tell if your game is pirated, by the way? I'm staying with my friend and he's letting me use his computer to play Skyrim.
