Jntk Posted September 29, 2008 Share Posted September 29, 2008 You can buy the house and the upgrades from Nilawen at 'The Fair Deal' in Bravil. A quest and map marker will appear once you've bought the house. It is located directly east of Bravil on the other side of the lake. it actually says on the page.
