Unable to move in game

[ToxoplasmaGondii]

I am unable to move at all in game - the movement keys, sprint, as well as jump have no effect, while opening the menu, interacting, quick travel, toggle ability etc work fine. I've rebound the movement keys without success, as well as typing into console "EnablePlayerControls" without any change.
