Damage multiplier guestion ?

hi i have mod which can change the damage from 10 to 1500 percent on both player and npc i have set the damage dealt to 10% and im okay with it and having fun but what should i choose for the damage received and yes i am a hardcore gamer but 1500 is very unbalanced i mean you will get dead from one hit by cockroaches and so armor mean nothing and part of the game will be f@@@ed.
