cyber punk like mod

Hi all,

 

I wonder if a mod like "cyber arms" from fallout 3 for fallout NV would be realizable.

I know there was a port of the mod. but it is incomplete. ( only male, have to tweak textures, only one arm )

 

I'm thinking of a mod like this one, but with a sort of clinic that could help change either arm or leg etc..

 

thing is cool with cyber arm is that arm/texture is close to fallout universe (not like a bit too futuristic teminators).

 

 

i dont want a whole tranformation of the player or a new race, something like a cyberpunk mod.

 

( like cyber dogs exist, supermutants have inplants )
