Very low FPS with Bevex's modlist

Hi everyone,

I have every mod on Bevex's modlist installed, on a somewhat high end computer (RX 580, intel core i5 4590) and I'm getting FPS in the low 20's or even 15 in some cases. I installed some of the 2k options in the modlist instead of the 1k options, but I'm not sure if that's the cause or not, I can go back and install 1k options, but I'm worried that will mess with the mod install order, so I'm not really keen on doing that. I've tried some fixes listed in the post https://www.reddit.com/r/oblivionmods/comments/7nf3po/help_low_fps_with_bevilex_modlist/ but so far none of them have helped. Does anyone have any suggestions to increase the FPS to something more playable? What I'm using to test this is the tutorial, when the two blades run off to protect the emperor right before he dies, I get about 20 fps there when the other enemies appear. In general though, I get low fps in other places too. I've got every mod in Bevex's modlist installed, and here is my load order
