Random Crashes to desctop in modded skyrim SE, 150+ mods. HELP!

[Honeydak]

I'm having random CTD's while running arund in the world, seemingly without reason. Might have something to do with exiting buildings or towns, but idk. I really can't replicate the crashes either because they don't happen at specific places or times. Help would be greatly appreciated!

As a note: It has happened outside solitude, outside winterhold, outside whiterun and so on. The point is that i don't think it's tied to locations

It happened too with my last save, had gotten to about lvl 25 there, and the crashing became too unbearable so i started over. I'm at lvl 17 and i can just feel that if this one dies, i'm not making a new one.

It should be said that i had other mods last time, so it isn't necessarily tied to that, although it probably is the mods.
