coltraz
I'd have asked in the Realistic Lighting with Customization thread, but it's locked. Am I supposed to ask for support here, then? Hoping someone can help me get to the bottom of this. I have the mod in question installed ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7654 ). I've used BOSS to ensure my load order is correct. (On the Realistic Lighting page it says to load it LAST but BOSS, as you can see in the picture below, reorders it so it is not last. Should I trust BOSS or put the mod last???) I do not have many mods installed and no others that should affect the weather. Here's what I have installed:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v80/castrostaal/fedd.jpg I'm using the default setting on Realistic Lighting. However, these very strange and unnatural looking fog banks or...whatever it is...graphics-card melt effect...pop up randomly throughout Skyrim. I usually have my character "wait" out the effect because it's hard to navigate in, and just looks awful. I don't think it's supposed to look like this. I asked on the Bethesda boards about it but we could not get to the bottom of it. Anyone know what's causing it or how to fix it? What I'm talking about: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v80/castrostaal/horridfogrlc.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v80/castrostaal/horridfo5grlc.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v80/castrostaal/horrsidfo5grlc.jpg Thanks for any suggestions. Deleted4547977User
maybe the problem is because you place Better Dynamic Snow bottom of Realistic Lighting, try to place before Realistic Lighting
coltraz
Sadly that did not help. I got rid of Dynamic Snow altogether. Still the fog looks like that.
Deleted961536User
I've had this problem also. Try putting realisticlighting.esp first (right after your .esm files). That fixed it for me.
